		<description>Courtney, I just love the insight you give in this blog. I am a frequent user of the cliche &quot;it&#039;s a small world&quot;.... but I like your analogy to small circles instead. Also, your mention of &quot;six degrees-of-separation &quot;speaks to me&quot; as one of my philosophy professors used to say frequently. The phrase in his class was to say the least overused. Anyway, I continue looking forward to your posts. Hope all is going well in the restaurant biz.
